History:
The Panamanian Brokers and Real Estate Developers Association (ACOBIR) were established in 1973 by its first president, businessman Jaime R. Correa. The Association is comprised by the most prestigious and oldest companies engaged in the brokerage industry and the real estate promotion of the country, which is an important and well developed economic force that benefits, directly and indirectly, the whole country.
With a total of only 18 affiliated founding members, ACOBIR has now more than 190 emerging enterprises, companies and individuals dedicated to the Brokerage industry, appraisal and Real Estate promotion, besides another 25 Corporate Members that consist of businesses whose activity is related directly with Real Estate, such as mortgage banks and mortgage brokerage companies. All these factors constitute an important economic force that widely benefits, directly and indirectly, the 3 million Panamanians thorough the country.

Serve as a link among our many partners and between them and their clients to guarantee business ruled by strict ethics in order to encourage more and better investments which will contribute to a better and larger improvement towards living conditions for all Panamanians.
